I visited the dental emergency practice after cracking my tooth on a cherry stone (I know... how bad is that!), and I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received. From the moment you call, you're given a five-star experience. The staff are incredibly attentive, polite, and reassuring, making a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Dr. Alizadeh is an absolute gentleman. Despite his young age, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, genuine care, mindfulness, and, most importantly, outstanding skill. He rebuilt my tooth within just two hours of the accident, which is truly remarkable. While the treatment may seem expensive to some, let's be honest - you can't put a price on receiving such prompt, expert care in an emergency. For me, it was absolutely worth every penny. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of emergency dental treatment. Thank you again team N&DED Acton
I cannot recommend Dr Alizadeh, Nurse Rajae, and Receptionist Sara highly enough. From the moment I walked into the practice, I was treated with exceptional kindness, professionalism, and care. Sara at reception was absolutely wonderful. She was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly efficient. I was seen almost immediately upon arrival, which was such a pleasant surprise and instantly put me at ease. Her warm and reassuring manner made what could have been a stressful appointment feel comfortable from the very beginning. Dr Alizadeh was outstanding. I had been extremely nervous about needing a tooth extraction, expecting discomfort and anxiety throughout the procedure. However, Dr Alizadeh took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely confident that I was in safe hands. The extraction itself was genuinely pain-free. I was amazed at how smooth, gentle, and efficient the entire process was. Before I knew it, the tooth was out and I had experienced virtually no pain at all. The level of skill and expertise demonstrated was truly exceptional. Nurse Rajae was equally fantastic. Throughout the appointment, she was attentive, compassionate, and reassuring. Her calm presence helped me relax, and she worked seamlessly alongside Dr Alizadeh to ensure everything went perfectly. It was clear that patient comfort and care are top priorities for the whole team. While I did have to pay for the treatment, I can honestly say it was worth every penny. The quality of care, professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness I received far exceeded my expectations. In fact, I left feeling grateful and genuinely happy to have paid for such outstanding treatment. When you receive care of this calibre, it becomes clear that you're investing in expertise, comfort, and peace of mind. Thank you to Dr Alizadeh, Nurse Rajae, and Sara for turning what I expected to be a daunting experience into such a positive one. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for first-class dental care.
With a bit of a delay, but I am due to say big thanks to the lovely team at Night and Day Emergency Dentist. Two months ago, when I was in pain and in need of urgent attention, I booked next day online appointment after I read the awesome google reviews. And rightfully so. Everyone proved to be incredible, attentive, polite, and reassuring. From the minute I arrived, Sophia at reception put me at ease as I am a very nervous patient. I was seen by Dr Pavi who advised that my tooth (with a root canal and a bridge attached to it), will need to go. He explained everything in detail and proceeded to cut the bridge, but not before a deep clean treatment. Nurse Rajae was doing an awesome job assisting Dr Pavi and in a short while I was ready to face the world again painless. Looking forward to seeing the team again for further treatment after the extraction wound fully heals.
Very good and friendly and professional! Dr alizadeh did my extractions completely different to how it’s done in the nhs. With the nhs it took them hours and I was so stressed but here, it went all smooth and pain free and quickly!! Dr alizadehs approach was empathetic and compassionate and supportive! Thanks to Siru and Sara who were all welcoming! Recommend the service! For the next extraction which isn’t soon hopefully I would definitely choose this clinic

Warm salt water rinses are very useful if you have swelling or some sort of infection, as salt water is a natural antiseptic and can reduce pain. Another temporary measure is taking over the counter painkillers, such as paracetamol or ibuprofen, as this will slightly reduce any pain. Always consult with a professional before taking any medication.
Most people suffer from dental pain at night as blood flow to the head increases when you lie down to sleep. This causes pain from the swelling to increase. To help manage this pain, we recommend seeing a dentist as soon as possible to diagnose the issue with X-rays and create a treatment plan.
Unfortunately, toothache is not classed as a life threatening emergency so they will not be able to treat you. However, if you have any swelling that is affecting your ability to breathe, then we advise you to visit A&E.

We carry out all treatments at the pace that suits the patient and strive to provide a comforting experience. We also explain all of the treatment options so you can make an informed decision about the right treatment path for you.
There is a £50 consultation fee, which includes X-rays, examination and diagnosis of your dental emergency. Additional treatment will be at a further cost. Treatment can be completed on the same day.
