I had a really great experience at Night & Day Emergency Dentist. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist Sara was incredibly kind and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Dr Maria was absolutely amazing !!! she explained everything clearly, was very reassuring, and made the whole process feel much less intimidating. Couldn’t have been better. Nurse Rajae was also lovely and supportive throughout, which made a big difference. This was actually my first time going to the dentist alone, so it was such a positive introduction to dental independence 😂 Everything was handled professionally, calmly, and with genuine care. I’m really happy with the quality of service and would definitely recommend them. Thank you to the whole team!

Dr Ali was amazing. From the moment I arrived, he made the whole experience feel calm and comfortable. I have always felt quite anxious about going to the dentist, but for the first time I didn’t feel annoyed or terrified about being there. Dr Ali was patient, reassuring and professional throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I felt at ease at every step. His calm manner and professionalism really stood out and it made a huge difference to my overall experience. I genuinely could not have asked for better care and would highly recommend him to anyone, especially those who feel nervous about visiting the dentist.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I’ve always had a deep distrust of dentists, so I was genuinely anxious going in, but Dr Ali was calm, professional, and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The extraction was quick and handled with great care. Siri was very reassuring throughout the procedure, and Sara on reception was friendly and efficient. I’ve added a photo of the tooth that was removed, which shows just how necessary the treatment was. Very grateful for how smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommend.

We are available for appointments 24 hours a day. While our standard operating times are between 7am and 11pm, we can still see you at anytime you like and are more than happy to book patients in 24 hours a day.

For appointments outside of our standard operating hours, we do charge a call out fee to be seen.

    Please note:

The call out fee does include the cost for the consultation, X-rays and first line of treatment required to get you out of pain for one tooth. Treatments included can be complex extractions, composite fillings or even the first stage of a root canal to get you out of pain.

For any further information please don’t hesitate to call us on 07759998555.

    Are you registering new patients?2023-11-27T13:25:09+00:00

We only really see dental emergencies, and we always send patients back to their own registered dentist. Most dentists would be upset if we were to register the patients we have seen out of hours.

If you don’t have a dentist and want to be seen the dentist will still be able to treat any further issues however we don’t operate as normal dental practices and request you are seen every 6 months. Any time you want to book an appointment to see one of the dentists you can do so any time. Call us on 07759 998 555 and we will book you in. The responsibility lies with you as when you want to be seen.

Some home methods to treat tooth if you cant access a dentist2020-12-21T12:54:40+00:00

Try over the counter painkillers like paracetamol or ibuprofen. Only take the medications if you are normally ok taking them. Occasionally it will reduce the pain slightly until you can get to the dentist. This is only a temporary measure but sometimes it helps if you have no other alternative.

Hot salt water mouth washes are very useful if you have a swelling or some sort of infection. Salt water is a natural anti septic and can reduce pain.

Why is tooth ache worse at night time?2020-12-21T12:54:07+00:00

Many people suffer with dental pain at night time. A lot of the time the pain makes it unbearable to sleep. A lot of pain at night time is due to the position of you lying down, blood rushing to the head and the pain or swelling inside the tooth increase.

Before getting to this level of pain we always advise a visit to the dentist so to avoid such dilemmas. The dentist will take x rays and check which tooth is causing the pain. So many times the pain spreads top and bottom unable to locate the pain. Thus the x ray is one of the best tests to elicit where the pain is coming from.

If I go to A and E with tooth ache will they treat me?2020-12-21T12:53:28+00:00

Unfortunately, toothache is not classed as an emergency or an accident and as it is not life-threatening, they will not be able to treat you.

If you have facial swelling that is affecting your ability to breathe then we advise you to go to A and E.

How to get emergency dental treatment on the NHS?2023-11-27T13:26:18+00:00

If you are registered with an NHS dentist you may be able to get a dentist appointment at your own dentist, however it may not be on the same day. Dental practices generally close at 5 pm so to get an NHS emergency dentist appointment may be difficult.

Out of hours NHS do provide emergency appointments but have very strict criteria such as persistent bleeding and unable to breathe or swallow due to swelling.

If this is the case your NHS dentist should have an alternate local number for you to call in the case of emergency.

Night and Day Emergency Dentist provides private treatment and promises to see you on the same day. You can contact one of the reception staff members on 07759 998 555 and get an appointment immediately.

I am not registered does that matter?2020-12-21T12:50:37+00:00

No, you don’t have to be registered with anyone to see us.

    Will the dentist hurt me?2020-12-21T12:49:54+00:00

No, the dentist and the team aim to make your experience as peaceful and enjoyable as possible. We like to take our time and make sure you are comfortable. Read our reviews no one has once complained of pain!

    How much will it cost?2020-12-21T12:48:57+00:00

There is an initial emergency consultation fee of £50.

Once we do special tests to see what is wrong with the tooth we always discuss all costs before treatment starts. There are no hidden costs.

I’m really nervous? What can you do?2020-12-21T12:48:16+00:00

We are an emergency dental service. So most of the time we see nervous patients. No one likes coming to the dentist. Once you speak to us on the phone we will reassure you and guarantee you won’t have to be nervous about anything. We work very relaxed and all of our patients (well most) really enjoy their time with us.

I’m on holiday in the UK can I still attend?2020-12-21T12:47:29+00:00

Yes we regularly see patients from abroad as they have no dentist here. We welcome all patients.

    Where is it?2023-11-27T13:28:07+00:00

The closest bus stop is East Acton Lane on the A4020 (The Vale) which can be reached by the 207 or 218.
