Referring Your Patients To Us
We offer a comprehensive out-of-hours service that is perfect for patients in need. Our service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you are unable to see a patient, we would be pleased to accept the referral.
We provide an emergency dental service to help ensure the safety and comfort of all patients, whether they are registered with our practice or not. We treat the initial problem and then refer them back to their usual dentist for follow-up treatment. We will provide a copy of all clinical notes so that you can provide excellent follow-up treatment.
How a referral works
If your dental practice is closed, or you are unable to accommodate an emergency appointment due to capacity, we would be happy to accept the referral. We have patients travel to our practices in Acton from throughout the West.
Our priority is to diagnose the issue and provide treatment that will ensure the patient is no longer in pain and not at risk of further damage. We then refer the patient back to their original dentist for follow-up treatment.

We know it can be difficult to refer a patient and trust another practice with the treatment. We work on a system of mutual respect and would not speak poorly of another dentist’s work, and we expect the same in return.
