I came for a walk in appointment after being in agony from a temporary filling from an NHS dentist. The receptionist Sara welcomed me and was so empathetic with my situation and got me booked in instantly, after a 20min wait I went in to see Dr. Fatima the dentist, after x-rays and examination the dentist was reassuring and confident that she would be able to get me out of pain. The injection she gave me was so painless and the treatment went swiftly and painlessly. As promised I said I'll leave a 5* review after the anesthetic wears off only if the pain is gone, 4hours later and I feel a million times better. I will definitely be back here to complete my root canal treatment and save my tooth. Very trustworthy and skilled dentist, worth every penny, thank you!

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Ali! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch—10/10 for sure. The team made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Ali took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, which really helped ease any nerves I had. It’s clear that he truly cares about his patients. The concept of a 24/7 dentist is absolutely amazing, and I love knowing I can count on him whenever I need dental care. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future visits. Highly recommend!

Staff and dentist were super polite and caring. Sorted me out after being messed around by other places. Teeth whitening was also cheaper compared to my last place and I was able to get an appointment the same day

I am beyond impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. From the moment I called, they were quick to accommodate me, and I was seen almost immediately. The dentist was not only highly knowledgeable but also very personable, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident throughout my visit. The staff, including the nurse and receptionist, were all incredibly welcoming and professional. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was top-notch. I truly couldn’t be more pleased!

I had such a great experience at the Night and Day Emergency Dentist. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, Zara, who made me feel so welcome. I have dental anxiety, but Dr. Alizadeh was incredibly patient and reassuring, helping to calm my nerves. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Nurse Rajae was also amazing—kind, attentive, and supportive the whole way through. The entire team made what would normally be a stressful visit into a smooth and positive experience. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone, especially those who feel nervous about dental visits. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism!

Some home methods to treat tooth if you can’t access a dentist2023-03-03T10:39:50+00:00

Warm salt water rinses are very useful if you have swelling or some sort of infection, as salt water is a natural antiseptic and can reduce pain. Another temporary measure is taking over the counter painkillers as this will slightly reduce any pain. Always consult with a professional before taking any medication.

Why is tooth ache worse at night time?2023-03-03T10:40:36+00:00

Most people suffer from dental pain at night due to the position in which they are laying down, as blood rushes to the head and the pain or swelling in the tooth increases. To avoid this pain, we advise visiting the dentist as they will be able to take X-Rays and provide suitable treatment.

If I go to A&E with tooth ache will they treat me?2023-03-03T10:41:35+00:00

Unfortunately, toothache is not classed as a life threatening emergency so they will not be able to treat you.

However, if you have facial swelling that is affecting your ability to breathe then we advise you to visit A&E.

How to get emergency dental treatment on the NHS?2024-02-29T10:48:19+00:00

If you are registered with an NHS dentist you may be able to get a dentist appointment at your own dentist, however it may not be on the same day. Dental practices generally close at 5 pm so to get an NHS emergency dentist appointment may be difficult.

Out of hours NHS do provide emergency appointments but have very strict criteria such as persistent bleeding and unable to breathe or swallow due to swelling.

If this is the case your NHS dentist should have an alternate local number for you to call in the case of emergency.

Night and Day Emergency Dentist provides private treatment and promises to see you on the same day. You can contact one of the reception staff members on 07759 998 555 and get an appointment immediately.

I am not registered does that matter?2023-06-08T11:22:17+00:00

Once we do special tests to see what is wrong with the tooth we always discuss all costs before treatment starts. There are no hidden costs.
