This was truly one of the best and quickest dental experiences I’ve ever had! I was in severe dental pain and couldn’t handle it any longer. I called the clinic and was amazed to get an appointment within the hour — such a relief to find a place that takes dental emergencies seriously and offers fast, hassle-free booking. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The clinic is extremely clean, modern, and welcoming. I didn’t even have to wait — I was seen right at my appointment time. Dr. Alizadeh is an outstanding surgeon — professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. He removed my tooth in less than 20 minutes, and I was genuinely shocked by how smooth, quick, and almost pain-free the whole process was. Special thanks as well to Rajae and Sara — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The entire team made me feel calm and taken care of throughout the visit. I would absolutely come here again and recommend this clinic to anyone, especially if you’re dealing with urgent dental issues. This place is a gem!

I had a wonderful experience at the clinic. It was easy to book, great availability and helpful receptionist. After I had a consultation I was able to have the procedure done 30 minutes later. Dr Ali took care of me, he provided with so much information regarding the procedure and during it he made sure I was doing okay, which was very kind. I really appreciate how careful he is and easy to talk to. Thank you to everyone in the clinic for the best experience.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! I contacted Night and Day Emergency Dentist in Acton with a dental emergency, and they booked me in right away, no delays, no hassle. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient, and the nurse was kind and professional. The dentist was fantastic, calm, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Best of all, the treatment was done on the same day, which was a huge relief. Can’t recommend this clinic enough if you're in need of urgent dental care. Fast, professional, and genuinely caring service. Thank you!

dr Alizadeh, rajae and sara were absolutely amazing. I had a filling and an extraction done and it went so, so well. I was reassured the entire, looked after and they asked me questions through to make sure I was doing well. I’ve had bad experiences with feeling a lot of pain during an extraction but with them I didn’t feel anything, it was like they never took a tooth out. It went so smoothly and I’m so thankful for their help

Warm salt water rinses are very useful if you have swelling or some sort of infection, as salt water is a natural antiseptic and can reduce pain. Another temporary measure is taking over the counter painkillers, such as paracetamol or ibuprofen, as this will slightly reduce any pain. Always consult with a professional before taking any medication.

Most people suffer from dental pain at night as blood flow to the head increases when you lie down to sleep. This causes pain from the swelling to increase. To help manage this pain, we recommend seeing a dentist as soon as possible to diagnose the issue with X-rays and create a treatment plan.

Unfortunately, toothache is not classed as a life threatening emergency so they will not be able to treat you. However, if you have any swelling that is affecting your ability to breathe, then we advise you to visit A&E.

The team at Night & Day Emergency Dentist are all experts in working with nervous patients to help them to overcome their phobias. We ensure that we provide a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere to avoid any additional anxiety. If you’ve had a bad experience with a dentist in the past, we want to help you to overcome your phobia.

We will do everything we can to help. For example, if you are feeling anxious during the treatment and need us to stop, you can simply wave your hand and we’ll give you a moment. We carry out all treatments at the pace that suits the patient and strive to provide a comforting experience. We also explain all of the treatment options so you can make an informed decision about the right treatment path for you.

There is a £50 consultation fee, which includes X-rays, examination and diagnosis of your dental emergency. Additional treatment will be at a further cost. Treatment can be completed on the same day.
